Debra went above and beyond what was expected to help us find our first home, she would drive over 2 hours and have a well planned map of the listing so wouldn’t loose any time on searching for the perfect home. As first time buyers it was a stressful situation but we got it done and couldn’t be anymore happier with having Debra on our side. Would definitely recommend her knowledge, and hard work that she has to offer.

Debra is one of the best realtors I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with! I found her in an unlikely manner. I was preparing to sell my home during a divorce, and I put out a post on my local neighborhood app regarding my concerns about finding a nearby rental property to live in during the sale that would accept my large family of rescued fur kids, including three extra large breed dogs. She responded to my post, not in a realtor capacity, but as a fellow animal lover in such a positive, warm, and compassionate manner and gave me numerous exceptionally helpful tips for my search. I was immediately struck by her kindness and encouragement during that difficult time in my life. While I wasn’t quite ready to list my house, I decided to ask her to be my realtor on the spot, even before we had a face-to-face meeting. That turned out to be the best decision I ever made in terms of the sale of the house and property. Prior to that interaction with Debra, we had been interviewing several realtors, seeking referrals, and were seriously considering a few candidates. However, Debra inspired in me the utmost confidence that she would be the perfect realtor for us. We were selling a beautiful, niche property and house that prospective buyers either instantly loved or rejected immediately, so it was quite challenging to sell. It had unusual access issues, a very steep driveway, many acres of land that provided privacy but would be difficult to convert to usable land. Debra worked tirelessly and put in endless hours, even on evenings and weekends, to pursue every lead, handle every detail, and conquer every challenge that presented itself throughout the selling process. Even in the face of unexpected difficulties throughout the process, including a pending sale where the buyers abruptly dropped out and we had to start over, she was undeterred, and with her endless energy and positive attitude just pressed forward and kept going and closed the sale with a new buyer in record time! This property was so challenging in the minds of many prospective buyers, that it appeared to us that it could easily sit on the market for months if we hadn’t had a highly motivated, tenacious realtor with excellent sales and interpersonal skills going to bat for us with the various players and personalities involved in this real estate transaction.
